Healthy Skin Tip: Increase your vitamin A and beta carotene intake to help stop acne. Both of these nutrients, taken as supplements or eaten in foods which are high in their content, help to make skin healthier and strengthen your immune system. Try eating some cantaloupe and carrots, or kale and spinach, to get the levels you need to clear up your skin.

  1. Never put spit on your face even thou its just a small part of your eyes, it can cause breakouts or in this case eye infections cause your putting bacteria so near your eye. SO USE WARM WATER NOT SPIT.

  2. I’ve been plagued by cystic acne for countless years. It grew to become so negative that I made an effort to shut myself away. I used just about every crackpot theory in existence. It didn’t vanish. Afterward I learned about the Acne Executioner blog (Google it) and I had at long last obtained something which was effective. I actually quite like seeing photos of me at present. It’s about time.
