Strobing / Highlighting Technique | For Oily Skin


Healthy Skin Tip: Consider keeping a food diary if you suffer from reflux. There are several foods that are often found to be acid reflux triggers for some individuals. They include things like tomatoes, onions, coffee, tea and even chocolate. If you keep a food diary, you can easily spot when your reflux problems are taking place and which foods appear to be causing the problems.
I show you how to strobe/highlight in a way that is suitable for oily skin. I forgot to mention using a primer before you apply your foundation as this is key! The one that really works for me is Milk Of Magnesia..sorry not sorry i can’t stop using it lol
