Exfoliating im sure should be done only 2 times a week tops and I read earlier if you haven’t sweated or really been out 1 can get away with water only a couple times of a week especially if in constant use with products (according to Marie Claire).maybe im wrong but steaming brings lots of spots out and opens the pores.I find they tea tree wipes in a tub are pretty good.
