Dermatologists advice is as follows:
Skin care tip#1 Start your day with a good cleanser, depending on your skin type. Don’t forget to use a toner to tone up your open pores. Moisturise to hydrate your skin. Skip the moisturiser if you have oily skin. A sunscreen is a must for all skin types.
Skin care tip#2 There is no substitute to eating healthy, include plenty of fruits and veggies in your daily diet.
Skin care tip#3 Drink at least 8 glasses of water to flush out body toxins.
Skin care tip#4 Eating sprouts in the morning is super good for your skin.
Skin care tip#5 Exercise a little daily for good skin.

  1. did you really advise to skip moisturizer for people with oily skin…. ?? My dermatologist said NEVER EVER skip a moisturizer even if you have oily skin. As your skin will get dry whether it’s greasy or not & that will cause even more sebum production. Happy I don’t trust everything I see on the Internet wow lol

  2. if you have oily skin skip the moisturiser… so the skin can pump out more oil :/
