Review | Revlon Colorstay 24h Foundation (Oily/Combination Skin)

Healthy Skin Tip: Consider keeping a food diary if you suffer from reflux. There are several foods that are often found to be acid reflux triggers for some individuals. They include things like tomatoes, onions, coffee, tea and even chocolate. If you keep a food diary, you can easily spot when your reflux problems are taking place and which foods appear to be causing the problems.
Please feel free to leave any comments on how I can improve my future reviews. I hope this is helpful, thanks for watching !!!

***UPDATE: So I tried wearing the foundation for about 8-ish hours and I BARELY powdered my t-zone area, and I have to say I liked it A LOT more. Although it definitely isn’t a lightweight formula and I still feel like I looked like I was wearing foundation, the oil control was great. So my advice to anyone who wants to try out this foundation, set it sparingly with powder…Besides that, I think it’s good for a medium to full coverage drugstore foundation.

  1. I see others add some yellow tint into the foundation to correct the color tone… I wonder if that work for you

  2. . About the pores problems. I think some primer could help could really help, maybe?

  3. Hi, is this a first impressions video? If so, I think you should put that in the title instead of review. Many of us feel strongly that a real review involves trying out a product over at least several days (or preferably, several weeks) under different conditions, with different complementary products (primers & powders in this case with foundations) and using different application techniques. *Especially* with regard to foundations, people want to know if it broke you out after several days or weeks of wear. As far as a few constructive bits of feedback, I really like that you attempt to do some background research on products and skin types and such. I do think that you might try to be more thorough with it and incorporate your own experience and testing. Right now, it seems some of the information you provide is incomplete and thus, a bit inaccurate. Two really knowledgeable youtubers on ingredients and products and skin types are Josh Collier and Stephanie Nicole, in case you might want to check them out. Josh is particularly great because he has oily skin too. For me, this is one of the few foundations, both high end and drugstore, that matches my very fair AND very yellow skin tone (in 150 Buff), however, it clogged my pores and broke me out within hours, so I can not use this at all. I came over from your MAC Studio Fix powder video because I have used it for years and it does not break me out. I have sensitive, breakout-prone, oily skin.

  4. have you tried the double wear from estee lauder?….. it has a somewhat full coverage but not as drying and light weight: )

  5. Would this work for someone with dry skin? I have dry skin but throughout the day I get oily around the tzone and in Texas it’s always hot so I tend to get oily but my skin is originally dry. I’m just wondering if this would work with my skin.

  6. My hack to this foundation is removing the extra hair on my face ( peach-fuzz) and literally darker short pieces of hair on my chin and checks. I have combination to dry skin I set it my setting spray and it melts into the skin and stays put and appears more natural and fresh. I love your brows

  7. I’m soo glad I found this video because I bought it and felt the exact same way so I wanted to see if anyone else did and yours definetly clarified it wasn’t just me- great review😌

  8. The thing that really Helps me with this foundation is baking in my t zone I just use the Maybeline master fix loose powder 🙂 it works wonder for my oily skin

  9. Do you think this combo/oily skin dries out quick on the face ? I have dry skin and bought this foundation
