Healthy Skin Tip: Consider keeping a food diary if you suffer from reflux. There are several foods that are often found to be acid reflux triggers for some individuals. They include things like tomatoes, onions, coffee, tea and even chocolate. If you keep a food diary, you can easily spot when your reflux problems are taking place and which foods appear to be causing the problems.

***UPDATE: So I tried wearing the foundation for about 8-ish hours and I BARELY powdered my t-zone area, and I have to say I liked it A LOT more. Although it definitely isn’t a lightweight formula and I still feel like I looked like I was wearing foundation, the oil control was great. So my advice to anyone who wants to try out this foundation, set it sparingly with powder…Besides that, I think it’s good for a medium to full coverage drugstore foundation.
