Healthy Skin Tip: Always record what you put into your body. Eating too much junk food makes it difficult for your body to fight off bacteria and infections. Consuming these types of foods affects how your body functions. It is important to eat in a healthy manner. Lean cuts of meat are best. Also limit, or eliminate, sugar from your diet. When you eat right your body will work right.
This thing is pretty cool (or at least it is to me)! The only time I wouldn’t recommend wearing this would probably be when you know you’ll be sweating because it’ll feel like a waste putting it on. I hope this will be of help to any of those considering the product or never thought of trying such a thing.
