  2. Hello very Informative.  I have Oily Skin and I use Olive oil or Coconut oil on my skin, is that good?   Also, i shave my face I shower and I rub the Braggs ACV on my face. I have done a corn meal scrub on my face, and i now use Brown Sugar and Coconut oil as a scrub, what’s your Take?

  4. Thanks, very good presentation.  I’ve always read that soda is bad for you but you recommend it in the form of ginger beer.  I have found ginger ale or ginger beer to help with stomach problems but because it is a soda I was always skeptical about it.  What say ye?
