Healthy Skin Tip: The most important thing you should think about is the foods that you are eating. Your body cannot adequately resist bacteria, viruses and other infections when you consume a lot of foods that are low in nutritional value, such as sweets, potato chips and other junk food. Rather than eating unhealthy, sugary foods, eat more fruits and vegetables. By doing so, you are making sure your body is getting the essential nutrients it requires to properly function.
I think we can all relate to that gross shimmery look & feel on our face to some extent, it’s annoying. These are tips that I’m sharing through my knowledge of oily skin, I don’t know as much about skin as I do hair LOL but I hope y’all enjoyed this video, thanks for watching. – kxdsheldy
